How did Gainback actually start?
It all started in the restaurant of Lorenz’ father in Franconia. Social media, paperwork, too few staff, and hardly any time for marketing. Yet happy guests were photographing their food and telling others about it anyway. That became Gainback, first for over 80 restaurants, bars and cafés.
Then came Formé Studio near Vienna. Over 500 members in the first 60 days showed us: nowhere does loyalty work better than in studios customers visit every week. Since then we have been building Gainback for Pilates and boutique studios.
